Measure Your Pup

Measuring your pup is the easiest way to determine what size you need. Grab a measuring tape and get ready! Start by measuring from the top of your dog's head to the floor while they're standing. This is their height. Next, measure their length by extending the tape measure from their nose to the base of their tail. Add four inches to both measurements, and voila! Those are the ideal measurements for your pup's future crate.

Leave Room for Growth

The next tip for choosing the perfect crate size for your dog is to consider their age. Dogs typically stop growing between the ages of 6 to 12 months. If your dog is under a year old, they could potentially experience another growth spurt.
