We’ve had the crate for about a month a so far it’s been great. I had questions before I purchased and they responded immediately. I really love the lightweight design. We have a Bernese Mountain Dog puppy and wanted this to be the last crate we needed to purchase (until it wears out) but wanted something easy to move for travel. The only suggestion I have would be to make the Velcro patches on the blinds larger - it could be just me but sometimes I feel like I have to roll it 3-5 times to make it stick and stay and if the surface area was a little larger it would be fine.
